Your VIP Estate Tour will be led by our Chief Spirit Guide and take you for a leisurely yet comprehensive and up close look at the journey of Iron Fish spirits. Your group will assemble on the east patio to enjoy a taste of one of our award winning spirits while learning about our farm history and the Iron Fish origin story. Building upon the farm and distillery tour experience, the VIP Estate Tour ventures into an overview of gin and whiskey categories with an exploration of the color, nose, body and finish of several premium selections. Roaming into our largest rickhouse, your group will be introduced to our premium farm-distilled estate whiskeys made from grain grown on our farm and from nearby farms. Lastly, you’ll compare the taste of two barrel finished whiskeys drawn directly from barrels selected for the occasion. Each person leaves with a 200ml bottle from their favorite barrel at 90 proof and an Iron Fish dram tasting glass.
